Data we process

Contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional), message.

Invitation and patronage request: contact person's name, organisation, email address, and the event's name, date, venue and description.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to respond to your inquiry, or to assess an invitation or patronage request and keep in touch about it. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form.

Retention

We keep the data for no more than one year after the matter is closed and then delete it, unless the law requires longer retention.

Security

The data is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage. Only authorised Secretariat staff can access it. We do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw your consent. Send your request to titkarsag@elnokititkarsag.hu.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu) or turn to the courts.
